We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Operation Assistant, Main Treasury.

In this role you will:

  • Prepares banknote/coin consignments for branches, local banks and customers. Receives and conduct bulk checks on note/coin pay-in from branches, local banks, corporate customers and Automated Teller Machines.
  • Process bulk cash deposit and withdrawal transactions and input data of cash transactions in the Vault Management system.
  • Handle cash deposits at Cash Processing Centre, including counting and verifying notes and coins, and posting transactions to the system.
  • Mange the handover of cash boxes / coins / flag-day collections to and from cash vehicles, ensuring acknowledgements are checked and signed.
  • Complete other administrative and clerical tasks as required.

To be successful you will need:

  • Form 5 level education.
  • Relevant cash-handling experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
