HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) is a markets-led, financing-focused business that provides investment and financial solutions. Within CIB, Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that help clients mitigate risk and enhance their business performance. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Administer Pension/Mutual/Discretionary Fund operations include execution of fund manager/client instructions on daily basis,
  • Day to day accounting booking and valuations which yield the NAV at the end of the day,
  • Compliance checking for the individual fund maintained,
  • Prepare tax provision as requested by Fund Managers/client,
  • Provide high quality services to clients by maintaining good relationship and responding to enquiries from the clients.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 6 years relevant experience with Accounting background
  • An understanding of Pension/Mutual/Discretionary fund portfolio valuation and accounting procedure and method
  • Knowledge in the settlement of fixed income and equity securities instruments
  • Understand the OJK, KSEI, IDX, Tax office, and Market procedures, practices, and regulations
  • Understand the role and interaction with Global Market, Operations Payment, and Finance team.
