We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Decision Systems Data

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and document requirements with data lineage, transformation rules and data quality rules.
  • Define and Build data pipelines with end-to-end flow from trusted sources until consumption layer
  • Actively contribute with the monitoring and reporting of progress, issues, dependencies, risks to the Program management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees.
  • Coordinate with the business and technology teams to lead the creation and development of data management standards.
  • Extending support to the line manager/supervisor with managing day-to-day operations and guiding peers on process if needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring the development of cost-effective code for assigned projects.
  • The incumbent of this role is expected to surmise the business priority and enable the effective delivery of projects and analysis.
  • Independently deliver medium to high level complexity changes on Data Decision Store.

To be successful you will:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Bigquery, Structured Query Language, Statistical Analysis System, excellent communication skills, aware about Risk, Stakeholder Management experience and client relationship.
  • Strong understanding of Credit Risk Strategies: acquisitions, portfolio management collections, and their data components
  • Experience in data transformation and data visualization and analytics etc.
  • Experience in translating business requirement documents to detailed data and implementation requirements.
  • Experience in data transformation and data visualization and analytics.

  • Exposure to Analytical modelling approaches and data science
  • Passion for data analysis, data quality, and diligence
  • Experience in creating data quality rules for Management Information, strategies: accuracy, validity, completeness.
