Were looking for a Manager, Alternative Investment Operations to help lead the day-to-day operational oversight of our Direct Asset Private Credit products (funds and mandates), partnering closely with investment teams and global service providers to deliver strong control, execution and client outcomes.

In this role youll:
- Support the management and oversight of end-to-end investment operations for Private Credit, including transaction lifecycle management and post-trade oversight.
- Oversee transaction & trade services, including execution support, review of key legal documentation, transaction administration and investment restriction monitoring with a risk-centric approach.
- Contribute to product launches and subsequent closings, helping design operating models, establish operational infrastructure and support equalisation processes.
- Provide valuation and performance oversight, including NAV review support, hard-to-value asset inputs, income reconciliations, and calculations such as ECL/amortisation and carry/waterfalls where applicable.
- Support liquidity and treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting (calls/distributions), facility oversight (credit/overdraft), and hedging/FX operational processes.
- Manage stakeholders and service providers (administrators, AIFMs/managers and other vendors), including SLA oversight, due diligence/RFP support, investor and portfolio reporting contributions, and escalation of issues to resolution.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in investment operations within alternatives, ideally with strong exposure to Private Credit / Direct Lending and loan-style instruments (e.g., revolving credit, venture debt, infrastructure debt, trade finance, sub-lines).
- Strong understanding of the operational control environment: investment restrictions monitoring, regulatory and compliance considerations, and operational risk management.
- Experience with NAV oversight, valuations and performance support, including reconciliations and working effectively with fund administrators and valuation providers.
- Track record of managing multiple stakeholders across functions (Investment, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk & Control, IT) and external service providers; confident in SLA/KPI management and escalation.
- Comfortable contributing to change delivery (systems implementation, data governance, process improvement) with a structured, delivery-focused approach.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills; ability to coach junior colleagues and collaborate across jurisdictions and time zones.
