We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Banking team as a GCB 6 ARM based out of Ahmedabad.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Acting as the focal point of contact support for clients and internal colleagues both locally and internationally
  • Discuss with all stakeholders and assist in initial deal structuring compliant with internal policies and market standards, while meeting clients needs backed by thorough understanding of their businesses, financing requirements and market conditions
  • Prepare quality indicative term sheets basis discussion with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with pricing discussions with clients and loan drawdown process
  • Engage with in-house products teams and clients on day to day basis for enhanced transaction banking flows and smooth transaction processing
  • Assist with entire client planning process in terms of current share of banking wallet, assessment of entire banking wallet, additional opportunities to be targeted, backed by action steps and timelines with summary of client profitability returns and outlook
  • Address bespoke client serve requirements and support activities
  • Adherence to exposure management from perspective of RBI circulars/ as per local regulations
  • Establishing strong and close working relationships with key individuals in clients management team
  • Working collaboratively with other global businesses, product and service partners to identify opportunities to connect customers and strengthen the relationship

Role requirements / Educational Qualifications / Certification / Experience:

  • CA/MBA with relevant experience in a client management and corporate banking role.
  • Sound commercial skills including a working knowledge of banking products, key market sectors, local regulatory environment etc.
  • Ability to work on fast turnarounds, tight deadlines & handle competing priorities

RBI Mandate Clause: As per the RBI mandated Capacity Building Certification Requirement for Bank, this role requires the candidate to have the required certification / equivalent qualification before the selection for the above role.

Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.

Pro-Tip: Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
