We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Liquidity Product Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Own day-to-day product management for deposits and liquidity solutions in Singapore, translating client needs into a clear roadmap.
  • Lead new product development and product launch end-to-end: business case, requirements, build, go-live and post-launch performance management.
  • Drive proposition enhancements across liquidity structures including interest optimization, cash concentration, and notional pooling.
  • Partner with Sales/Coverage and Implementation teams to structure solutions, support key deals, and translate client treasury challenges into scalable product propositions
  • Monitor market, competitor, regulatory and technology development
  • Use data and market insight to identify opportunities, track product performance, and continuously improve client experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Treasury and Technology to strengthen end-to-end operating models.
  • Ensure strong governance and controls across product changes, pricing, documentation and client communications in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

To be successful you will need:

  • Graduate with min 8 years experience with Corporate and Institutional Liquidity and Deposit Management, preferably with some Balance Sheet Management or Transactional Banking Product experience
  • Strong understanding of deposit and liquidity products and economics, including pricing, Net interest income, interest rate dynamics and client behavior.
  • Knowledge of liquidity solutions such as cash pooling, cash concentration, notional pooling, and interest optimization solutions would be an advantage.
  • Experience working across product, sales, operations, technology and risk/compliance teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly motivated, with a result oriented and achievement driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical capability and communication skills.
