We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Project Management Officer.

Principal responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI platform initiatives.
• Define and manage scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Track execution and proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, and escalations.
• Ensure delivery aligns with the platform roadmap and priorities.
• Act as the central coordinator across Engineering (FE/BE), AI/ML, and Risk/Compliance/Governance teams.
• Clarify ambiguous asks and translate them into structured, testable requirements (user stories/functional specs) with cross-team alignment.
• Run Agile delivery management: PI planning, sprint ceremonies, backlog tracking/prioritisation support, and delivery reporting/process improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrates an AI-native mindset, applying AI-driven approaches to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.
• 38 years experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Delivery Manager. Working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proven delivery of complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong requirements structuring skills, translating ambiguity into clear scope and actionable plans.
• Solid SDLC knowledge (Agile/Scrum/SAFe) and tooling (Jira/Confluence); experience with AI gateways or LLM lifecycle management is a plus.
