International Wealth and Premier Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the worlds largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.   • Reports To: SVP Wealth and Premier Solutions Product

The role is to execute and support the fixed income business growth covering operation, compliance, product and performance management covering both Retail Wealth and Global Private Banking

  • Contributes to the Fixed Income Product development to achieve business objectives
  • Supports to all Fixed Income Product distribution channels in terms of product promotions, operation process and channel/customer communication.
  • Develops and execute products and channel strategy
  • Develops tactical marketing campaigns and sales promotion
  • Develop clear service guideline and procedure for operation process
  • Manage the everyday operations of Fixed Income sales in Taiwan, including relationship with Fixed Income Product suppliers, transaction process, new product onboarding and after-sales service.
  • Ensuring all operation process and customer service provided are within compliance guidelines and meet group standard
  • Financial control and operation risk management

  • University or above graduated
  • Has experience in Banking or Securities industry is a plus
  • Banking wealth management experience is a plus
  • Experience in establishing a business and coordinating resources
  • Fluent English communication and MS Excel / Powerpoint skill
  • Strong communication and problem solving skill

  • Trust L4 license
