As a Relationship Manager, you will acquire, maintain, and grow profitable long-term relationships principally focused on UHNW and HNW individuals resident in, or with a nexus to, Mexico and South Florida. The role owner will be an exceptional team player and client-focused individual. This individual will establish new relationships focused on Mexico and South Florida to generate new AUM and Gross Revenue.

As our High-Net-Worth Relationship Manager Mexico & South Florida you will:

  • Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities, ensuring the required credit quality and requisite returns on risk
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
  • Be a core part of our team, originating target market clients focused on investment AUM, lending, and Advisory servicescollaborating with the US and Mexico networkas well as developing self-sourced prospects and referral sources in Mexico and South Florida
  • Grow revenues across an allocated portfolio and originate new revenue streams, increasing HSBCs share of client wallet by involving product specialists to ensure capabilities align with UHNW and HNW client requirements
  • Establish and maintain networks for co-operation with other HSBC businesses to support solutions that span geographical/product boundaries and regulatory environments

Youll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Familiarity working with clients and prospects who are high-potential HNW/UHNW clients
  • Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth, and revenue generation
  • Highly developed communication skills for direct client contact and problem solving
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
  • Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • Series 7 and 66 licences required
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
