Our internships will start on October 2026. The programme is mainly for students in their penultimate year of undergraduate and postgraduate study, also for fresh graduates. This 3-to-6-month programme will give you first-hand experience of what its like to work for a global bank. Youll have opportunities to meet with senior leaders to learn about different areas of your business line. The training and development youll receive is designed to ensure that you are involving in a real projects and have exposure to banking operations.
General requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Penultimate year of undergradaute or postgraduate by Oct 2026, fresh graduate also welcome to apply
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proactive, shows initiatives in understanding issues and looking for solutions.
- Good analytical and logical thinking
- Values the sharing of information and continuous improvement in a cooperative atmosphere of constructive evaluation and learning.
