We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Provide three-tier (L1/L2/L3) application support and assist end users.
  • Proactively identify production issues using automated monitoring, incident history, and trend analysis.
  • Document production applications; resolve incidents/requests and respond to user queries.
  • Monitor performance metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend/implement fixes.
  • Create and drive an improvement plan to prevent recurring incidents (problem management).
  • Resolve HGMS GCP violations and vulnerabilities, ensuring timely remediation.
  • Manage certificate renewals ahead of due dates to avoid service disruption.
  • Assess applications and recommend/execute upgrades and patches; troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ensure changes are documented, compliant with standard configurations, sustainable, and increasingly automated (infrastructure/config, environment setup, release management, and support via CI/CD).

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in GCP services such as Cloud Endpoints, Dataflow, Dataproc, Datalab, Dataprep, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions
  • Expert in resolving HGMS GCP Violations and Vulnerabilities
  • Expert in Certificate Renewals before due dates
  • Experience on Terraform and Devops (CI/CD pipeline)
  • Experience with technology domains relevant to scope: JAVA, networks, IAM, endpoints, databases, containers, CI/CD, application security.
  • Knowledge of Incident Management & Problem Management is mandatory.
  • Production support ticketing knowledge is an advantage (Remedy, Jira, SQL Assistant, Blade logic, Splunk, MuleSoft, App Dynamics, GitHUB Knowledge/ Websphere etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Oral and Written communication.
