Responsible for processing card and personal loan data for HSBC's Hong Kong credit card and personal lending business, including modifying account information, transfers, cash installment plans, statement processing and loan-related services. - 审核客户递交的申请，确保所需资料与文件的真确性和完整性；
- 在服务协议规定时限内，高效完成申请处理；
- 准确地识别及处理客人的申请；
- 执行相关的HSBC内部控制标准和集团合规政策。
