About the role
As a Call Centre Consultant at Rabobank, you’ll provide exceptional support to our clients – both our Online Savings customers and our Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in our Perth office, and welcome applicants wishing to work-full and part-time.

About you
If you’re currently working in a call centre environment, you’ll love our shift rotation pattern (no weekends!), our manageable call volumes and our collaborative and friendly culture. It’s not essential to have worked in a call centre before however, or to have banking / finance experience – we have excellent training which can support you with that. What we are looking for is an exceptional customer focus, passion and a great attitude.
In addition to taking calls, part of the role will also involve responding to emails and other communications.

- Ability to take ownership of customer requests and achieve first call resolution.

The role operates on a rotating roster, for 6 months of the year you will be working between the hours of 9am to 6pm (to align with AEST) and 8am to 5pm (during AEDT), on a 37.5-hour regular week, so thankfully no weekend or graveyard/midnight shifts required.
