We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CSE - D Processing.

In this role, you will:

  • Take a leading role in supporting the Manager to ensure the team run effectively and efficiently day-to-day.
  • Provide technical expertise to support colleagues as required.
  • Monitor the trade enrichment for securities and cash instruments ensuring all exceptions are fully resolved with client/broker and any issues are fully documented within the system
  • Monitor, Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, non-receipts and interest claims.
  • Issuing settlement instructions for trades to custodians within agreed timescales.
  • Addressing queries from clients/brokers/custodians to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure relevant logs are maintained and managed appropriately to agreed service definitions.
  • Assist in the documentation, development and maintenance of procedures and controls to ensure ongoing compliance with industry and regulatory changes and requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and relevant MI is produced and checked within the required timescales
  • Participate in project and system change activity within the team, attending relevant meetings where required, following up on action points, updating Task Lists and keeping the Manager and team up to date with progress. When required, review current systems and investigate alternatives. Recommend any changes/ process efficiencies and assist team with smooth implementation of any project or system change activity.
  • Provide support for manager and cover for other administrators in the team/ settlements department area when required.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge & industry experience related to securities services operations
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, with a degree of accountancy or finance.
  • Aptitude for investigating and resolving complex issues and bespoke situations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and both internal and external parties.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to plan and organize the teams workload to meet deadlines, taking into account relative priorities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and to motivate and influence others.
  • Desire to achieve service excellence which is recognized by all HSS clients, competitors and industry bodies.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
