We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Service Executive.

In this role you will:

  • The role's main responsibilities include acting as primary point of contact for high- net- worth or ultra-high net worth individual clients externally and clients internally for flow transactional banking elements with the client base. This role supports one or more Relationship Managers to deepen high net worth or ultra-high net worth individual client relationships and improve income generation through focused business development activities.
  • Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to high-net-worth client enquiries and requests
  • Draft and perform end to end CDD write up (onboarding, periodic reviews, trigger events, if applicable) including client profile, ownership/control, source of wealth/funds, expected activity, and risk rationale that are compliant with the Banks AML/CFT policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirement
  • Ensures high- net- worth client account opening documents are complete and accurate and requirements are met and ensure that any data input is dealt with in a timely manner and in the correct and consistent format
  • May be involved in the credit application process by ensuring that all credit applications meet deadlines
  • Ensure that all high-net-worth client-service related activities are fully in compliance with the processes and procedures contained in it
  • Assist Relationship Managers in taking orders and preparing daily transactions accurately, promptly and completely and ensures smooth co-ordination with processing departments on migrated processes

To be successful you will need:

  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven and progressive private banking experience or equivalent
  • Proven customer service, communications, sales, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
  • Good understanding of the major private banking products or services
  • Credit Skills, ideally obtained in an area dealing with High-Net-Worth individuals or Business Banking
  • Proven experience producing CDD/ KYC narratives for onboarding and/ or periodic reviews within a Bank or FI
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. And basic knowledge of MS applications
  • A good team player with drive for success and achievement
