We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Performance Reporting Analyst

In this role, you will:

  • Direct cost review through general ledger and team management data, forecasting, accruals, and review of purchase orders
  • Prepare high quality management information system and ad hoc reports to meet the requirements of the business
  • Carry out month-end close activities, review and preparation of accruals, prepare and submitting journals
  • Preparing and consolidating workforce plan, in coordination with the regions and functions. Ensure absolute accuracy of the underlying data.
  • Prepare full time employee dashboard either in advanced excel or in data visualization platforms (such as qlik sense) with absolute accuracy.
  • Ensure transparency, monitoring (monthly dashboard) and reporting progress against plans, quality & costs
  • Participate in design of reporting decks and ongoing production ownership for quantitative management information
  • Resource management including headcount tracking, reporting, organisational design and analysis

To be successful you will:

  • Educated to graduate level with chartered accountant degree with 4-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong Excel (particularly large data sets / modelling, power query, power pivot, think-cell and report production
  • Prior finance business partnering, cost management or cost transformation experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines
  • Stakeholder management ability to engage and build effective relationships with team and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
  • Experience within financial services analytical analysis, data mining and scenario modelling experience
  • Understanding and moderate level knowledge of all investment, banking, insurance and credit products.
