We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - CRM.

Principal responsibilities

  • Extract and analyse data using Python and SQL to support marketing campaign launches on cloud platforms.
  • Implement automation toolkits and Python-based solutions to streamline day-to-day processes and improve productivity.
  • Ensure timely delivery of outputs and communicate progress and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Stay open-minded and adaptable, with the resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Demonstrate leadership capability to support effective decision-making and structured problem-solving as a data analyst.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related discipline with minimum 5 years' working experience on data analytics.
  • With solid experience of data development, process automation, campaign leads / event triggers deployment, customer data analysis to drive omni-channel customer life cycle management.
  • Strong programming skill such as SQL, Python, or SAS.
  • Experience with cloud platform such as Google Cloud, Azure, etc.
  • Experience in banking industry, customer relationship management, batch/real-time lead generation and decisioning, enterprise solution is a plus.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
