In this role, you will:

Responsible for business development and sales of mortgage loan at HSBC Shanghai. Leveraging HSBC's global financial network, provides professional mortgage consultation and financing solutions to high-net-worth individuals and expatriate / HK-Macau-Taiwan clients, achieving sales targets while upholding HSBC's international brand.

Ensure all sales activities comply with HSBC internal policy and regulators
Develop and maintain relationships with premium property agencies, developers and channel partners to source quality mortgage leads.
Promote HSBC mortgage products to HNWIs and expatriate / HK-Macau-Taiwan clients; deliver tailored mortgage solutions.
Manage the end-to-end loan process: pre-approval, document collection, risk assessment and disbursement.
Coordinate with credit, legal & compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely disbursement.
Identify cross-selling opportunities in wealth management, insurance and credit cards to maximize client value.

Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual targets; submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above; Finance, Economics, Marketing or related fields preferred.

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in mortgage sales, with in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end residential mortgage loan process.

Channel Development: Proven ability to independently develop and manage relationships with real estate agencies and property developers, driving channel partnerships from negotiation to successful implementation.

Professionalism: Demonstrates high ethical standards, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability. Proven ability to build rapport with clients through effective communication.
