We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Servicing and Support Manager

In this role you will:

Be working closely with Relationship Managers to acquire, manage and grow client relationships by providing a superior level of client servicing and client proximity. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Support GNB to attain their strategic growth targets
  • Laise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness and delivery of high service levels
  • Liaise and follow up with Banking offices on inward/outward referrals and other operational matters
  • Follow up and ensure timely preparation and receipt of loan, security and other documentation in line with the credit approvals and facilitate activation of facilities
  • Participating in ad hoc projects relating to improving operation processes and customer experience
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable operational risk HSBC Standards and policies, reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures
  • Be adaptive to ongoing changes within the organization and support the implementation of the changes needed in the department

To be successful you will need:

  • Preferably a diploma holder or graduate, with a strong desire to serve customers
  • Working knowledge in commercial banking products and banking operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, telephone and customer servicing skills
  • Strong learning ability and comfortable with learning
  • Able to effectively interact with people at all levels and be a team player
  • Possess lots of initiative, drive and pride in getting the job done the right way the first time
