Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Clt Rel Mgmt - Acquisition
In this role you will:
- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other client materials
- Day-to-day execution for IPO, M&A and other capital market transactions
- Build financial models, conduct financial and industry analysis
- Perform due diligence and documentation for live transactions
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, legal advisors, accountants, and other professional parties
- Work closely with senior bankers to support client coverage and origination
- Analyze market trends and conduct market research
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelors degree or above in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
- 2+ years of hands-on investment banking experience
- Solid understanding of capital markets and corporate finance concepts
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
- For candidates with less experience, you may be considered for more junior positions
