The role holder would be a one-point contact to interact with various laws enforcement agencies who require the bank to submit information that is being sought by these authorities from time to time. The role holder would work closely with LOBs, support functions and second line of defense stakeholders like LGA, FCC, RC and TAX to ensure the banks submission is correct and timely. The job holder is also internal SPOC for risk and controls for WPB operations team.

The jobholder would be assisting LEA lead in the country, will be required to lead the banks engagement with various agencies in consultation with FCC, TAX, and regulatory compliance as the case may be. The jobholder takes accountability for ensuring that the bank does not breach any of the submission deadlines as required in the notice.

Education Qualifications / Certifications and Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
