We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Business Implementation Manager, Pensions.

In this role you will:

Implementation Management

  • Understanding customer journeys and developing multi-channel Implementation.
  • Delivery discipline on time launches, quality of material to aim at stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Work with sales teams to define propositions, ensure frontline teams have the right material, processes.
  • Assist in hiring, training and evaluation team performance to ensure a high level of competency and morale.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution with stakeholders across sales, productivities, digital operation and smoothy workflow.

Campaign and Programme Management

  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, value propositions and success metrics.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in workflows.
  • Tracking business production across all channels, trend and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with different business stakeholders and identify areas for enhance performance and service delivery.

Client Onboarding

  • Manage the client onboarding process for new pension clients, ensuring clarity and efficiency in their transition.
  • Oversee the preparation of onboarding documentation and coordinate training sessions for new clients to ensure a clear understanding of services and processes.
  • Liaise with other departments to address any client-specific needs during the onboarding phase.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Team Lead and other team members to align departmental objectives with broader organizational goals.
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate Pensions operational needs and maintain effective communication.
  • This role will support Pensions on ad hoc project.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare periodic reports on team performance, Pensions operational metrics, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Monitor adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements, assisting in audits and compliance assessments as needed.
  • To support Pensions sales management including planning and analysis on portfolio, quality of new business and overall control on MI reports.
  • Planning and reporting on sales initiatives / projects, in particular for digital channels. Review/tracking effectiveness through activity level and conversion rate analysis.
  • Participate in project workgroup and new controls as matter arising and action items to provide feedback and comment on user requirement for programs and to complete all new controls and action items to comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Conduct procedures review and update and act on regulatory guidelines and circulars as and when needed.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
