We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Compliance Manager.

Principal responsibilities
- Maintain good work relationship with regulators and being able to engage and communicate effectively with regulators as required.
- Support Regional Head of Branch Compliance to supervise and coordinate execution of regulations and regulatory requirements applicable to the Branch.
- Support to provide first line advice, reporting exceptions, carrying out compliance monitoring and mitigation programs and engaging regulators in clarification of regulatory requirements.
- Support to handle regulatory matters including on-site inspections, meetings, visits, surveys, administrative approvals, product filings, policy imperatives, banking association affairs, and etc.
Qualifications:
- 5 years relevant working experience in foreign banks is perferred
- Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, NFRA and SAFE
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
- Maintain good work relationship with regulators and provide compliance advice to branch management and staff
