Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Analyst, Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance
In this role you will:
- To provide analytical support for origination, execution, and distribution capabilities for corporate flow and event driven financings within the Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance team.
- Assist with credit processing, execution, and distribution of Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance related business opportunities
- To assist in support of the development and enhancement of corporate and financial sponsor client relationships
- Take the lead in the deal process and provide guidance to the deal team, to ensure smooth collaboration with all Corporate and Institutional Banking and Commercial Banking partners to service the client
- Assist senior staff in delivery of consistent pricing and structural guidance across product and transaction spectrum.
- Demonstrate clear awareness of the operational and reputational risk associated with Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance and take accountability for minimizing Group exposure to risk.
To be successful you will need:
- University graduate (Bachelors degree at minimum)
- Knowledgeable in financial and credit analysis including modeling
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong writing, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with detailed-oriented, problem-solving capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills, articulate and self-assured with an ability to interact with different levels of clients, both investors and borrowers, colleagues and market peers
- Self-motivated, committed to work, pleasant, stable and mature
