The Opportunity

Fr unser wachsendes Team in Frankfurt (Marienturm) suchen wir als temporre Untersttzung wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Praxisgruppe Corporate/M&A mit dem Schwerpunkt ESG (Environment, Social and Governance).

Unser Corporate/M&A Team mit dem Schwerpunkt ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) bert Fonds, Assetmanager und Versicherer zu Investments, Anlageprozessen, allgemeinen aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und der Integration von Nachhaltigkeits- und ESG-Aspekten.

Das erwartet Dich:

• ein hochmodernes Arbeitsumfeld und die Zusammenarbeit mit inspirierenden Kollegen, die in ihren Bereichen fhrend sind und Dich bei Deiner Entwicklung und Ausbildung anleiten und untersttzen

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

• Du hast das erste juristische Staatsexamen mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen

• Du verfgst ber sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse im Englischen (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil) und bist an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhngen interessiert

• Du bist mit den gngigen MS-Office Anwendungen und juristischen Datenbanken vertraut und legst viel Wert auf Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative, Kreativitt und lsst Dich durch die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld begeistern
