The Opportunity

Our New York office is looking for a Corporate associate that focuses on complex financing transactions, including securitizations, asset-based finance, and other structured finance products with three to six years of law firm experience. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar. HSF Kramer's Securitization lawyers are industry innovators known for structuring and negotiating complex, highly bespoke transactions for a wide range of sophisticated clients. Always at the forefront in dealing with new and esoteric assets, our lawyers partner with investment banks, investors, issuers and other market participants to find creative, practical ways to expand existing asset classes and develop new ones.
