The Opportunity

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our lateral recruitment team in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis. Known internally as a Senior Recruitment Adviser, you will support our firm to source and recruit candidates who reflect the HSF Kramer values of Human, Bold and Outstanding.

Whilst subject to change, your portfolio will focus on Business Services teams (e.g. Legal Support, Business Finance, Corporate Services, IT and Office Operations), with recruitment support for Legal practice groups provided when required.

In this role you will work closely with Recruitment Managers and People Partners to drive forward recruitment efforts and secure the best possible talent for each opportunity.

At HSF Kramer, our Agile60 policy champions flexible work whilst also valuing relationships built in person. As such, attendance at our Sydney office is required at least 3 days per week.

What youll bring

  • Experience in an internal or agency recruitment position, ideally within the legal industry.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce, Law, or a related field.

  • A polished and professional communication style, with a natural ability to network and build positive working relationships both internally and externally.

  • A commitment to providing an exceptional service to all candidates, agency partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to balance your time across a busy portfolio.

  • A track record of driving direct sourcing initiatives via LinkedIn.

  • A willingness to collaborate openly with your recruitment colleagues, sharing expertise and balancing workloads to support the overall success of the team.

  • An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
