The Opportunity

Primary Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and ongoing administration of Workday and associated People systems, working closely with functional leads and senior team members.

Act as first-line support for Workday queries from across the firm by operating the Workday specialist queue in ServiceNow, escalating to functional leads as required.

Complete cyclical system administration tasks, including position cleanses, data purges and EIB uploads.

Perform routine data audits and support activities to maintain data quality and system integrity.

Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, training guides and standard operating procedures relating to People Technology processes.

Partner with internal IT teams to understand and manage downstream system impacts.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing and validation activities for system changes, enhancements and Workday releases.

Qualifications, skills and experience

A minimum of one year's experience supporting Workday with a good understanding of core HCM processes.

Exposure to additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits or Payroll is desirable.

Comfortable analysing and resolving system and process issues in a structured manner.

Strong organisational skills, with experience in operating incident management tools.

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests within agreed service levels.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Experience using ServiceNow and JIRA is desirable.

Analytical approach to problem solving.

Ability to work well within a global and sometimes virtual team.

Understanding of HR data governance, confidentiality requirements and system administration best practices.

Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to handle sensitive people data with discretion and in line with relevant governance requirements.
