The Opportunity

Established in 1998, our office in Bangkok is home to one of the country's premier commercial litigation and arbitration practices, offering Thai litigation and regulatory advice alongside international and local disputes professionals. Our disputes team in Bangkok have extensive experience in cases on administrative law, banking disputes, class actions, corporate and shareholders disputes, construction disputes, domestic and international arbitration, insurance disputes, international trade disputes, investment treaty claims, labour and employment, restructuring, turnaround and insolvency and white-collar crime investigation.

We are seeking Junior lawyer to join our award-winning Dispute Resolution practice (Thailand Arbitration & ADR Firm of the Year 2025 by Asia Business Law Journals Thailand Law Firm Awards 2025, with ranked and leading partners) in Bangkok.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with core team members in advising esteemed Thai and international clients on high-profile and complex disputes, encompassing both litigation and arbitration within the region. This role offers the chance to work closely with renowned leaders in their respective fields. You will be part of a supportive and close-knit team, gaining valuable international exposure and benefiting from a clear and structured path for career progression.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Thai law qualification;

  • Strong academic background;

  • Previous legal working experience (preferably in the field of dispute resolution), if any;

  • Strong legal research and organisational skills;

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Thai;

  • Good command of written and spoken English;

  • Commercially minded, with a keen awareness of business cycles and global developments, including an interest in financial markets and current affairs;

  • Ability to deal and communicate with team members and government authorities;

  • Growth and positive mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Strong interest in Thai litigation/court advocacy and complex dispute/arbitration matters; and

  • Enthusiastic, hard-working team-player, keen to take a central role in a growing team that is committed to continuing to develop the leading dispute resolution practice in Southeast Asia.
