Cerchiamo avvocati che abbiano maturato una solida esperienza in diritto del lavoro presso primari studi legali, con particolare riferimento a riorganizzazioni aziendali, gestione dei rapporti con il top management, piani di incentivazione e remunerazione, investigazioni interne, operazioni straordinarie domestiche e cross-border e contenzioso complesso.

La posizione offre l'opportunit di entrare a far parte di una practice in crescita all'interno di uno dei principali studi legali internazionali e di assistere clienti italiani e multinazionali su questioni strategiche e complesse in materia giuslavoristica.

REQUISITI:

  • 25 anni di esercizio della professione forense in qualit di avvocato italiano in primari studi legali
  • consolidata esperienza in diritto del lavoro, sia in ambito stragiudiziale che giudiziale
  • inglese fluente
  • laurea in giurisprudenza con percorso accademico di eccellenza
