Full Job Description

Your tasks

  • Ensuring compliance with governance, control and regulatory requirements for web portals
  • Coordinating regulatory requirements and implementation measures with business stakeholders, external service providers and internal interfaces
  • Managing IT risks and impediments and driving follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinating information security risk management, access management and data protection activities, including security classification, security compliance checks and contributions to the security and data protection concept.
  • Coordinating technical operational topics for web portals, including Azure-related activities, SSO and Microsoft Entra ID integration as well as secret and certificate exchange processes.
  • Maintaining regulatory and audit-relevant documentation, evidence and reporting,
  • Monitoring the implementation status of regulatory, security-related and control-related measures.
  • Supporting audit preparations, control activities and documentation updates related to web portals as needed.

Your profile

  • Professional experience in application governance, technical administration, IT governance or a comparable role with a strong regulatory and control-related focus.
  • Good understanding of governance frameworks, operational controls and the implementation of regulatory requirements in application-related processes.
  • Experience in coordinating regulatory requirements, documentation and implementation follow-up across business stakeholders, external vendors and internal interfaces.
  • Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner with a strong focus on traceability, control evidence, quality assurance and audit-readiness.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (B2 mandatory); German is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Structured, independent and proactive way of working.
  • Clear communication style and confident stakeholder interaction.
