Job Duties: Associate, Divisional Business Partner with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in New York, New York. Partner with the Business Partner team to execute against all people development processes, including leadership pipeline reviews, performance management and promotions, year-end compensation, and organizational reviews.  Maintain reporting and analytics metrics to inform people-focused decision making.  Organize and analyze large employment-related datasets, interpreting and reporting results to various audiences.  Partner with functional HCM colleagues to ensure effective delivery of recruiting, training, global mobility and employee relation issues.  Help process divisional transactions in Oracle, including transfers (domestic & international) and terminations. 

Job Requirements: Masters degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral & Decision Sciences or related business analytical field, such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral & Decision Sciences or related business analytical field, such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience (if a Masters) or three (3) years of experience (if a Bachelors) in the following: advising senior business stakeholders on people topics including hiring, performance management, organizational design, employee relations and employee engagement; planning and executing employee processes such as global compensation, running a full cycle performance management process, including goal setting, performance ratings, and performance feedback; working on people analytics, utilizing Excel, Tableau, and Anaplan, focused on mass data manipulation, such as vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, compensation modeling; and monitoring headcount and hiring targets for company or component within company, including partnering with recruiting to advise on offer structuring.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York -based position is $89,000 - $136,800.
