OPERATIONS
Equities Execution Services (EES) Client Operations is a middle-office, client-facing team within the Global Banking & Markets Operations division. The team provides strategic operational support for the cash equities business, including single stocks, with a strong focus on risk management, trade lifecycle management, and enhancing the client experience.

Our Derivative Trade reporting team within Regulatory Operations is seeking a professional who is looking to collaborate with business stakeholders, technology, various Federation teams and non-financial regulatory reporting teams for the implementation of upcoming compliance items and day to day oversight of regulatory reporting requirements.

Regulatory Operations has responsibility for position and trade reporting for the Asia Swap Dealer reporting obligations to HKMA , MAS, ASIC ,JFSA & other APAC regulators. The Regulatory Operations teams mission is to support production of various transaction and position reports within the APAC. The team plays an integral role in ensuring that the Firm meets its regulatory reporting obligations. The Team consists of talented and highly motivated individuals who are extensively involved in the preparation of the mandated reports, as well as the implementation of effective control processes, efficiency initiatives, BCP, and other department initiatives.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Lifecycle Management: can handle trade allocation, pre-matching, and fails management to ensure successful settlement of client transactions. Can handle crucial part in client onboarding , working with key stakeholders such as Desk/Client integration/ and Middle office teams to ensure a seamless process
- Client Service: Serving as a primary contact for clients regarding trade execution queries and complex transaction requests.
- Risk & Control: Mitigating risk for the firm by ensuring controls are performed timely, maintaining accurate books and records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Process Improvement: Driving automation, enhancing straight-through processing (STP) rates, and increasing the scalability of workflows to support growing business volumes
- Collaboration: Working with sales, trading, technology, and compliance teams to resolve trade issues and develop new products or market entries

- Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills to interact effectively with both internal and external clients
- Analytical Abilities: Proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on mitigating operational risks
