We are looking for an engaged candidate with a solid interest Secretarial experience to become part of the Beijing Office Team. The chosen person will be motivated to advance their knowledge and commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment.

 The main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Department Head, including management of emails, documents, travel schedules, and daily operations.
  • Assist the team in organizing and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Support with translation of documents accurately and efficiently as needed.
  • Support client-related activities and requirements in Beijing.
  • Maintain an organized internal information system for effective management of files, reports, and data.

 Qualifications and requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or other related field.
  • Proficient in communicating effectively in both Chinese and English, both in writing and verbally.
  • Well-organized and skilled in efficiently initiating and overseeing daily operations for the department.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
