Senior Business Partner (Human Resources) Eastern Chrome Mines Magareng Mine Steelpoort, Limpopo Ref. No: ECM3093 Internal/External Advert x1 Vacancy

In this role you will be responsible to:

  • Contribute to establishing, leading, and maintaining well-functioning HR department that renders quality service which includes but is not limited to HR Administration, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits and Transformation.
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of management decisions, legal requirements, and Company standards/ policies with specific reference to the primary function of a Senior Business Partner (HR).
  • Ensure adherence to and effective implementation of HR strategies and company policies and procedures.
  • Handle labour relations matter and represent the company at CCMA.

About you:

  • NQF 7 qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 Years experience in Human Resources management of which 3 years must be in a supervisory capacity in a mining or plant environment.
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office) and report writing.
  • Experience in MS Office, SAP time and SAP Human Resources.
  • Extensive payroll and employee benefits experience.
  • Extensive experience in dealing and working in a multi-Union environment.
