Reporting to the General Foreman - Concentrator, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. Your primary duties will be:

  • Supervise the team of Concentrator operators.
  • Plan daily operations.
  • Ensure that budgets are respected.
  • Ensure that health and safety, production and environmental objectives are met.
  • Participate in the prioritization of maintenance work and follow up on it.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Have a college diploma in mineral technology or a relevant discipline.
  • Related training with sufficient experience could be considered.
  • Operational and supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Working knowledge of both French and English
