Reporting to the Operations Manager/SSE this role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and offers variety and challenging work across a broad range of HR and IR/ER functions.  It will allow you to contribute to the effective implementation of the Glencore Coal Assets Australia HR strategy at Collinsville Open Cut.
 
We are proud of the fact that our HR roles are different. As a HR Lead on our mine sites, you are a true advisor to the business and a trusted HR generalist. Youll get involved in a variety of HR strategies and initiatives, ranging from coaching and supporting frontline leaders, IR/ER management, facilitating and conducting investigations, as well as contributing to events such as Family Days that promote and support not only our employees, but our local communities as well.
