  • Be across and directly involved in the planning, execution and review of all site electrical engineering, process control and automation maintenance activities (both planned and unplanned events)
  • Review electrical/process/automation equipment performance and delay data on a regular basis to ensure issues are identified and actioned to prevent reoccurrence in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with OEMs and external contractors develop innovative but cost-effective solutions to operational problems
  • Work with the site Electrical Engineering Manager (EEM) and Electrical Engineers to ensure asset compliance with relevant legislation, standards and company requirements

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • High levels of organisation, initiative, resourcefulness and attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role within an underground coal mining environment will be highly regarded
