In this role you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate theoretical and practical training interventions in HRD Mining department;
- Oversee overall operational needs of the department and stakeholders;
- Report to HRD Snr Business Partner;
- Design and development of training material;
- Check that training and assessments are conducted according to relevant guidelines and standards;
- Confirm that training is of high quality and that training and assessments are conducted within the minimum time frame;
- Monitor that follow-up training / PTOs are conducted monthly;
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures and standards and monitor that all employees are familiar with company and legal requirements; and
- Assist with the compilation of relevant reports and presentations.
About you:
- Grade 12;
- NQF level 6 in HR / HRD or ODETDP level 6/ Mining Related Qualification;
- Blasting Certificate;
- ISO 9001:2015 Auditing an advantage;
- A minimum of five (5) years technical experience (Mining);
- Three (3) years supervisory experience;
- Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); and
- Strata Control Certificate added advantage.
