Were seeking experienced and safety-focused Mining Operators who can work confidently in complex, high-risk environments and contribute to safe, efficient production.

What were Looking For:
- Minimum 12 months experience in open cut mining, ideally in a remote FIFO operation
- A strong personal commitment to safety, hazard identification and risk management
- Demonstrated experience working to engineered standards and design in a high-risk operational areas, including working with reactive material and around voids
- Proven experience operating ancillary equipment with at least 12 months experience on one or more of the following:
- Loaders: CAT 980, 992, 995
- Dozers: CAT D10, D11 (including battering and sheeting work)
- Graders: CAT 18
- Excavators: CAT 336
- Haul Trucks: 793D, 777, 785D
- Ability to operate using precision GPS / machine guidance systems (e.g. Modular or equivalent)
- Current RII tickets, VOCs and/or Training Transcripts for relevant machinery
- A current Australian drivers licence
