VOS MISSIONS

Lquipe de Droit Social, dynamique et conviviale, traite des dossiers trs divers touchant de nombreux aspects du droit du travail, tant individuels que collectifs, et notamment sagissant de lembauche et des dparts de cadres suprieurs et dirigeants, du conseil quotidien aux Directions des Ressources Humaines et Directions Juridiques, de la mise en place et de la gestion des relations avec les instances reprsentatives du personnel, de la rdaction daccords collectifs (temps de travail, pargne salariale, etc.), de lassistance dans le cadre de rorganisations sociales complexes (oprations de fusion-acquisition, plans de licenciements collectifs, etc.), y compris dans un contexte international impliquant une coordination entre diffrents pays, et leurs consquences en matire sociale, ainsi que du contentieux devant les juridictions concernes (conseils de prudhommes, TJ, cours dappel, etc.).

Les stagiaires sont totalement intgrs lquipe et trs impliqus dans les dossiers.

La/le futur(e) stagiaire aura l'opportunit de traiter une grande varit de sujets sur lesquels elle/il sera amen(e) travailler en troite collaboration avec lensemble des avocat(e)s de lquipe, dveloppant ainsi rapidement de solides comptences organisationnelles et capacits techniques.

Elle/il sera notamment en charge de recherches juridiques, de la rdaction de consultations, de notes de synthse, de projets de documents (accords, contrats, notes dinformation, ) et de conclusions soulevant des problmatiques diverses (contentieux individuel, collectif, lectoral, ).

Elle/il est galement associ(e) la rdaction de mails de conseil la clientle ainsi qu la prparation dvnements/newsletters et supports de prsentation dactualits juridiques en matire sociale.

A noter que la/le futur(e) stagiaire travaillera en franais et en anglais, quelle/il pourra galement tre associ(e) la gestion de dossiers communs dautres dpartements du Cabinet Paris (notamment les dpartements contentieux, corporate, concurrence, etc.) ou encore tre amen(e) interagir et travailler avec les bureaux trangers du Cabinet.


VOTRE PROFIL

Ce stage sadresse plus particulirement aux tudiant(e)s titulaires dun Master 2 en droit social (ou en cours dobtention) et/ou d'un diplme d'IEP/Ecole de commerce avec une formation juridique en droit social.

YOUR ROLE

The dynamic and friendly People and Reward (P&R) team handles a wide range of cases involving many aspects of labor law, both individual and collective. The team specializes in the hiring and departure of senior executives and managers, providing day-to-day advice to the Human Resources and Legal departments, establishing and managing relations with staff representative bodies, drafting collective agreements (working hours, employee savings schemes, etc.), assisting with complex social reorganizations (mergers and acquisitions, collective redundancy plans, etc.), including in an international context implying coordination between several countries, and their social consequences, and handling litigation before the relevant courts.

Interns are full members of the P&R team and are actively involved in case work.

The future intern will have the opportunity to work closely with all the lawyers in the team on a wide variety of matters, thus rapidly developing strong organizational skills and technical abilities.

They will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting expert legal opinions, executive summaries and documents such as agreements, contracts and memoranda, as well as pleadings raising various issues such as individual, collective and electoral litigations.

They will also be involved in drafting client advice emails, as well as preparing events, newsletters and presentation materials on legal news in the field.

The intern will work in both French and English and may be involved in managing cases shared with other departments within the Paris office, particularly the litigation, corporate and ACT (antitrust, competition and trade) departments.

They may also be required to interact with and work alongside the firm's offices in other countries.


YOUR PROFILE

This internship is aimed at students who have, or are in the process of obtaining, a Master's degree in labor law, or who have a diploma from an Institute of Political Studies or Business School with a legal background in labor law.

Skills required:

  • Rigour and organizational skills;
  • Active listening skills and the ability to clarify and share information;
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication in French and English;
