We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic talent advisor to leaders across Corporate Services and the Global Client Group, helping shape hiring strategies, influence talent decisions, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. 

How You Will Add Value  

This role is designed for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who embraces technology while recognizing that successful hiring is built on trusted relationships, thoughtful consultation, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the talent market.  

Drive Hiring Success  

  • Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies that balance business priorities, talent availability, and speed to hire.  
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of professional and corporate roles while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.  
  • Leverage AI-powered recruiting, sourcing, and talent intelligence tools to uncover talent opportunities, inform decision-making, and enhance recruiter productivity while applying sound judgment and a human-centered approach throughout the hiring process. 
  • Use talent market insights, workforce trends, and competitive intelligence to help leaders make informed hiring and talent planning decisions. 
  • Apply sound judgment and consider diverse perspectives to assess talent beyond what technology alone can identify, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions.  
  • Build proactive talent communities that support both immediate and future hiring needs.  

Serve as a Trusted Advisor  

  • Develop an understanding of the business, organizational priorities, and evolving talent needs.  
  • Consult with hiring managers on market availability, candidate assessment, and hiring strategies.  
  • Respectfully challenge assumptions and provide recommendations that improve hiring outcomes and business decisions.  
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, recruiting expertise, and thoughtful coaching.  
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated talent solutions.  
  • Share insights that help leaders calibrate expectations and make more informed workforce decisions.  
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, leverage emerging technologies, and drive adoption of innovative talent acquisition practices. 

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role  

  • Five or more years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate Talent Acquisition. Financial Services experience preferred.  
  • Demonstrated success serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and influencing hiring decisions.  
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand new business priorities.  
  • Experience leveraging recruiting technology, talent intelligence, and analytics to improve hiring outcomes.  
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled recruiting tools and modern talent acquisition practices.  
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom, or comparable recruiting technologies is preferred.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with a high degree of accountability.  

Location - St Petersburg (FL), Baltimore, Boston, or Stamford. Flexible hybrid schedule.

This is a 6-month contract position working full-time hours and we expect the pay to be between $50 - $60/hour. Several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
