About the department

The Compliance function ensures portfolios follow investment guidelines, client mandates, and regulatory requirements. This work protects the firms reputation and client trust. The team partners closely with Portfolio Management and Trading, using data and controls to prevent and detect issues early. You will join a collaborative, process-focused environment where accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued.

How you will add value

Core Responsibilities

  • You will support Portfolio Management and Trading with compliance services

  • You will ensure trade and compliance data accuracy and availability

  • You will resolve data, system, and functionality issues

  • You will maintain and improve monitoring systems and processes

  • You will deliver accurate and timely internal and external reporting

  • You will assess controls and improve efficiency and effectiveness

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • 24+ years in mutual fund compliance

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Charles River compliance system preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, functions, charts, macros)

Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication

  • Clear thinking and ability to present positions and solutions

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Sound independent judgment

Work schedule & location 

Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Working hours: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (with a 15% work shift allowance)
