About the Department:

The Client Data Services (CDS) team is a strategic part of Enterprise Data Analytics, responsible for delivering trusted, high-quality client data that supports revenue growth, client engagement, sales strategy, and data-driven decision making across the firm. By partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and business stakeholders, the team develops governed data products and insights that enable better business outcomes and stronger client relationships.

As a member of a cross-functional team of data engineers, software engineers, and analysts, you will work on enterprise-scale data platforms, modern cloud technologies, and AI-enabled solutions while developing both technical expertise and business domain knowledge.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases, and data needs.

  • You will translate business requirements into functional specifications, data mappings, and scalable solution designs.

  • You will analyze end-to-end data flows to identify dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • You will define and execute data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.

  • You will collaborate with engineering teams to deliver data pipelines, APIs, and reporting solutions.

  • You will investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.

  • You will ensure data solutions align with governance, reporting, and quality standards.

Team & Collaboration:

  • You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application developers.

  • You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and analytics teams to support business objectives.

  • You will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams.

  • You will contribute to the delivery of scalable, business-focused data solutions.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • You will leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and productivity.

  • You will use AI to accelerate requirements analysis and uncover data insights.

  • You will apply structured prompting techniques to address complex analytical challenges.

  • You will validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and business relevance.

  • You will identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into data and analytics workflows.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience:

  • Experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or data analysis roles.

  • Experience supporting enterprise data platforms and data-driven solutions.

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and data solutions.

  • Experience collaborating with both business and technology stakeholders.

  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using BusinessObjects or similar Business Intelligence tools.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced SQL querying, validation, and troubleshooting.

  • Data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL principles.

  • Oracle, Snowflake, and relational database technologies.

  • BusinessObjects and Business Intelligence reporting platforms.

  • Data validation, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.

  • JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools.

  • API integration and enterprise data flow concepts.

  • AWS fundamentals and modern data architecture concepts.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
