About the Department


Our Office Services team in London plays a vital role in delivering a professional and seamless front of house experience. They provide essential logistical support for meetings, interviews, and events alongside Facilities and IT. The team works collaboratively to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both employees and guests.

How You Will Add Value

  • Manage meeting room bookings and set-up
  • Coordinate catering with the Day Porter and assist with orders
  • Liaise with Building Reception for visitor access
  • Greet visitors and notify their host
  • Support desk/office bookings via Skedda
  • Handle incoming calls and external switchboard
  • Issue passes for new joiners, visitors, and contractors
  • Help create permits in the landlord system
  • Support internal and external events
  • Maintain the post room list
  • Book and code taxis and couriers
  • Process and code invoices
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Deliver welcome tours for new joiners
  • Assist with Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments
  • Manage weekly fruit and event catering orders
  • Support executives and visitors with admin tasks when needed

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate reception role
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of staff and visitors
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  • Strong proofreading and multitasking skills


Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Windows)

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Hands-on mindset
  • Organised, helpful, and diplomatic
  • Polite and service-focused approach

Work Schedule & Location


This is a full-time, office-based role in our London office. Core hours are between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with the team rotating weekly to cover earlier or later shifts (e.g., 8:00 am–4:00 pm, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, 10:00 am–6:00 pm)
