We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist (12-month contract) to join the Investment Operations team in Melbourne, Australia. This role is primarily responsible for interacting with clients, their advisers and other internal & external stakeholders to ensure effective processes and delivery of exemplary client service.
How You Will Add Value
Respond to investor and adviser enquiries accurately and promptly.
Support onboarding and ongoing servicing of fund investors.
Manage account openings, trade queries, and maintenance requests with the unit registry provider.
Complete daily administrative tasks with accuracy and compliance.
Resolve daily cashflow queries with investment management and registry teams.
Oversee the Investor Services mailbox and outsourced registry workflows.
Meet internal and external reporting requirements.
Handle enquiries regarding fund information.
Collaborate with Distribution, Product, and Client Service teams.
Contribute to project related initiatives as needed.
What will help you be successful in this role
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business
RG146 certification (training provided)
3–5 years of experience in investor services or fund operations
Knowledge of unit trust administration and investment markets
Technical Skills:
Strong relationship building abilities across internal and external stakeholders
Clear and confident communication skills
High attention to detail, strong numeracy, and effective time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Soft Skills:
Collaborative mindset
Proactive, organized, and client focused working style
