  • We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist (12-month contract) to join the Investment Operations team in Melbourne, Australia. This role is primarily responsible for interacting with clients, their advisers and other internal & external stakeholders to ensure effective processes and delivery of exemplary client service.

How You Will Add Value

  • Respond to investor and adviser enquiries accurately and promptly.

  • Support onboarding and ongoing servicing of fund investors.

  • Manage account openings, trade queries, and maintenance requests with the unit registry provider.

  • Complete daily administrative tasks with accuracy and compliance.

  • Resolve daily cashflow queries with investment management and registry teams.

  • Oversee the Investor Services mailbox and outsourced registry workflows.

  • Meet internal and external reporting requirements.

  • Handle enquiries regarding fund information.

  • Collaborate with Distribution, Product, and Client Service teams.

  • Contribute to project related initiatives as needed.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business

  • RG146 certification (training provided)

  • 3–5 years of experience in investor services or fund operations

  • Knowledge of unit trust administration and investment markets

Technical Skills:

  • Strong relationship building abilities across internal and external stakeholders

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • High attention to detail, strong numeracy, and effective time management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint

Soft Skills:

  • Collaborative mindset

  • Proactive, organized, and client focused working style
