About the Department:
Legal and Compliance Technology delivers and supports the critical applications that help legal and compliance teams operate efficiently, manage risk, and meet regulatory obligations. The team works closely with business stakeholders, technology professionals, and compliance specialists to maintain and enhance solutions supporting trade compliance, Know Your Customer/Know Your Distributor (KYC/KYD), agreement management, legal document management, contract lifecycle management, and global regulatory compliance. Team members gain exposure to business-critical processes, regulatory technologies, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly impactful environment.
How You Will Add Value?
Technical Responsibilities:
You will administer and support legal and compliance applications.
You will configure, test, and maintain enterprise platforms.
You will manage data, integrations, and batch processing activities.
You will support access management and user administration.
You will troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
You will assist with release management activities.
You will support regulatory and compliance technology platforms.
Functional Responsibilities:
You will analyze legal and compliance business processes.
You will document business and functional requirements.
You will translate requirements into application enhancements.
You will support workflow optimization and automation.
You will help ensure audit and regulatory readiness.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
You will collaborate with business users and technology teams.
You will work with developers and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
You will provide documentation, support, and status updates.
Learning & Development:
You will complete role-based training programs.
You will build expertise in legal, compliance, and technology domains.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business. An AI first mentality is essential to this position.
Foundational programming and database knowledge.
Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools, including ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, and Copilot.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, and Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to enterprise, financial, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
Understanding of application support and system administration concepts.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Learning agility and adaptability.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
