Your experience (3+ years) in performance and risk reporting, coupled with your advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and Python, will be invaluable in maintaining and improving our systems' integrity. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, and certifications like CIPM, CFA, or FRM, are preferred. Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg PORT, and Morningstar is also desirable. About the Department:

The Performance & Attribution team delivers analytics on portfolio performance, attribution, risk, and holdings. It operates globally, partnering with portfolio managers, client services, and sales teams. The team ensures accurate reporting and strong system integrity. It offers a collaborative environment, exposure to advanced tools, and opportunities to lead process improvements.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will act as a subject matter expert in analytics.

  • You will validate portfolio and benchmark data accuracy.

  • You will review automated and manual reports.

  • You will resolve data issues and improve processes.

  • You will ensure compliance with policies and standards.

  • You will maintain documentation and support training.

  • You will support system issue resolution.

  • Team & Collaboration

  • You will align reporting with business needs.

  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Client Onboarding:

  • You will configure systems for new accounts.

  • You will coordinate onboarding with internal teams.

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance or business.

  • CIPM, CFA, or FRM preferred.

  • 3+ years in performance and risk reporting.

  • Technical Skills

  • Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg PORT, and Morningstar.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and Python.

  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments and benchmarks.

  • Soft Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
