Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Associate Director based out of our Stockholm office.

About the Team:

The successful candidate will be joining a 10 personnel-strong, and growing, EMEA Real Estate team which covers public and private REITs and property companies, and open-ended funds. You will be working alongside an existing Senior Director in the team in Stockholm, ensuring mentoring and quick onboarding.  

 

How Youll Make an Impact:

  • Working within the pan-European team to provide credit ratings on real estate entities. Everyday events need timely rating re-evaluations.
  • Writing rating reports and high-quality research on sectors and geographies (including Nordic)
  • Direct liaison with issuers executive-level management teams
  • Field debt investor enquiries.
  • Undertaking external presentations.

 

You May be a Good Fit if:

  • You have experience in real estate funding, and/or knowledge of the real estate sector with financial knowledge including a solid understanding of financial statements
  • You like blending financial analysis with real estate fundamentals
  • Want a job that will survive AI threats: as Fitchs ratings and research provide greater depth
  • Able to meet pre-set deadlines as well as quickly turnaround event-based rating re-evaluations
  • Able to undertake occasional travel across Europe to meet issuers executive management teams and visit assets
