The Role

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Vice President of Talent Sourcing to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent sourcing strategies that support the organization's continued growth across current U.S. markets. This leader will be responsible for creating scalable sourcing capabilities, leveraging workforce intelligence, and driving talent market strategies that ensure a sustainable pipeline of high-caliber talent across all business functions, with a particular focus on technology and other highly specialized skill sets.

The Vice President will build upon and expand the organization's existing sourcing capabilities, transforming the function into a strategic competitive advantage. This leader will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Business Leaders, and Workforce Planning teams to identify emerging talent opportunities, assess labor market dynamics, and develop innovative sourcing channels that support both current and future workforce needs.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in talent acquisition and sourcing with strong knowledge of labor market economics, talent intelligence, workforce analytics, employer branding, and emerging recruiting technologies. This individual will bring a forward-thinking approach to talent strategy and a proven ability to drive innovation, scalability, and measurable business impact.

The Expertise and Skills you Bring

  • 15 plus years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, or Workforce Strategy.

  • 8 plus years of leadership experience building and leading enterprise talent sourcing functions within large, complex, multi-site organizations.

  • Strong ability to lead and develop a high-performing talent sourcing organization focused on operational excellence, innovation, and accountability.

  • Proven success developing and scaling sourcing programs that support technology, professional, leadership, and specialized talent segments.

  • Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise talent sourcing strategy aligned with the organization's growth objectives and workforce plans.

  • Leverage workforce planning data, recruiting analytics, sourcing metrics, and business intelligence to inform talent strategies and investment decisions.

  • Identify new talent markets and sourcing channels that enhance the organization's ability to attract and hire top talent.

  • Evaluate and optimize the use of sourcing technologies, AI-enabled recruiting platforms, talent CRM systems, automation tools, and workforce analytics solutions

  • Stay informed on emerging workforce trends and recruiting technologies and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Fidelitys Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000-258,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
